razorblue role: We are looking for a Desktop Engineer to join our growing team of like-minded tech people. Should you choose to accept, your responsibilities will encompass:

• Configuring laptops and desktops to customer specifications.
• Creation of new user accounts following the SLAM process
• Configuration of laptops and desktops to customer specifications.
• Delivering implementation projects to our customers both on and offsite.
• Support of customers during projects
• Hypercare post project until handover to the service desk.

• Must hold Full UK Driving Licence
• Any relevant Microsoft qualifications (MD100 etc.)
• Laptop and desktop deployment
• Microsoft Stack experience include Microsoft 365
• Windows Desktop and Application Support
• Windows Server installation & Configuration
• Networking - Installation and Troubleshooting
• Active Directory & Microsoft Entra AD
