The role
TalkTalk Wholesale is pivoting to full fibre connectivity and is committed to take its Partners on the journey, unlocking profitable growth, whilst maximising value across the whole portfolio.
As a member of the Sales Team, you will be at the centre of this transformation. You will work closely with key stakeholders across the Sales, Commercial, Network and Technology functions to be the design authority on complex network solutions, building technical relationships with customers and working with service management to ensure the right solutions are proposed.
BAU activity for the role includes being the trusted advisor to the customer by acting in a \xe2\x80\x98CTO\xe2\x80\x99 capacity for TT and engaging up to board level within their organisation. The pre-sales consultant will articulate \xe2\x80\x98why TT\xe2\x80\x99 to the customer whilst ensuring operational viability of any proposed solution and supporting TT\xe2\x80\x99s fibre first strategy by transitioning from legacy to future services. opportunity.
Your responsibilities
Some of the key responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
Responsible for the commercial relationship between TTB and your Partners.
Foster and build partnerships within each of your accounts
Executing Sales Campaigns within the Partner channel
Retain & build existing and new revenue streams, whilst exceeding your allocated sales targets and achieving allocated KPI measures.
Deliver accurate weekly commitment forecasting based on partner opportunity for rolling 90 day period.
Building effective internal relationships with colleagues
Proactively identify, qualify and secure new partners with no relationship with TTB
To be successful in this role you will need the following in your skill set:
Must have:
Degree (or equivalent) qualification in a Business or marketing related subject
The ability to establish and build effective relationships, think creatively and demonstrate commercial awareness.
Written, Oral, Presentation and Communication skills
Be great to also have:
Prior experience of working in a sales environment
Knowledge of telecommunications industry
