This company is seeking a talented and detail-oriented Designer to join their creative team. You will be working alongside their in-house designer to create designs which shares their visions of making a positive difference in health care.

What you\'ll be doing
You will be responsible for interpreting briefs and determining requirements to ensure that their visual communication aligns with the project objectives. You will work closely with their in-house designer as well as external clients to understand and meet briefs. To deliver on briefs and deadlines you will also liaise with specialists including animators photographers videographers illustrators and printers.

In addition to these responsibilities you will follow and help develop their visual identity guidelines you will use your creativity and design expertise to create and design a wide range of materials including websites printed materials event space design email design storyboarding social media assets and internal communications. You will be an integral part of our creative team contributing your ideas and expertise to help make a positive difference in health care.

What experience you\'ll need

• At least 2 years of experience in a commercial design environment and an impressive portfolio.
• Strong Adobe Creative Suite skills (Illustrator Photoshop InDesign XD Acrobat Pro).
• Experience working with website developers to produce websites with the best possible UI and UX.
• Commercial awareness and an understanding of the latest design industry trends.
• Good presentation skills.
• Comfortable working under pressure to meet deadlines.
• Experience in assisting in art direction at photo shoots.
• An interest in animation and video production.
