The BDO Graphic Design team is responsible for conceptualising, designing, and creating a large variety of print and digital materials \xe2\x80\x93 using a wide range of design software packages - to support both MSC and the wider firm\xe2\x80\x99s marketing activities.
The team supports activity across various platforms, from traditional print and event collateral to social media, interactive online content, motion graphics and videography.
We work closely with our colleagues in the Digital, Research, Planning and Business Development teams both centrally in London and across our Northern and Southern regional hubs to produce a range of brand supporting and business winning marketing content.
This role will be reporting directly into the Head of Design with four direct line reports. You will therefore need to demonstrate a very strong set of people management skills in addition to a wide range of technical proficiencies.
You will be expected to be able to explain why a brand is important, why \xe2\x80\x98design matters\xe2\x80\x99, and to act as the BDO brand\xe2\x80\x99s effective first line of defence. At the same time the Design Team will need an inventive, creative, inspirational and conceptually strong, guiding hand.
