Job Title: Deputy Ward Manager (RMN) - Acute Admissions - Dorking RH4

Location: Dorking, RH4

Hours: Full-Time (37.5hrs) - Day Shifts

Salary: 43,014 - 46,314 per annum (DOE)

### Key Responsibilities:

? Provide clinical leadership to our acute admissions team

? Oversee medication management and treatment plans

? Ensure compliance with NMC standards and mental health legislation

? Support the Ward Manager in service development

? Mentor and develop junior staff members

? Maintain high standards of patient care and safety

### Essential Requirements:

? Valid NMC Pin (RMN) - current registration

? Minimum 3 years experience in a Deputy Ward Manager role

? At least 2 years' post-qualifying experience

? Proven experience in acute admissions environments

? Strong leadership and clinical decision-making skills

### Desirable Skills:

- Additional training in mental health specialties

- Experience with service improvement projects

- Mentorship qualification
