Remit

Compass Associates are currently assisting in the search for an experienced Deputy Theatre Manager to work in a specialist private hospital in West London. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well established and growing team.

The ideal candidate will need to be a qualified RGN / ODP with a current and valid pin. They will need to have prior experience working in comparable environment.

The Candidate

This is an opportunity for an experienced Registered Nurse / ODP to join a highly reputable company. You will have experience and be confident with the surgical pathway. This could be from either NHS, or Private Hospitals, all will be considered.

Requirements

\xe2\x80\x93 Registered General Nurse (RGN) or ODP Qualified
\xe2\x80\x93 Evidence of on-going professional development
\xe2\x80\x93 Evidence of relevant professional development, both clinically, managerially, preferably evidenced by certification RN with valid NMC Registration.
\xe2\x80\x93 Registered Nurse Level 1 / Diploma / BSc in Nursing Studies.
\xe2\x80\x93 Robust understanding of Clinical Governance requirements for the area.
\xe2\x80\x93 Positive and flexible attitude
\xe2\x80\x93 Problem solving and analytical skills
\xe2\x80\x93 Excellent communication skills
