We have an exciting opportunity to join our Shops team as a Deputy Manager in our Forum, North Hykeham shop. You will work with the Shop Manager to help deliver maximum profit, control costs, generate stock and nurture a St Barnabas hub at the heart of your community. You will have key-holding responsibilities and will cover for the Shop Manager on their days off, holidays and absences.

Working Hours

: 37.5 per week.

Contract:

Permanent.

Who We're Looking For:

Passion for supporting St Barnabas Hospice's mission. Applications are welcome from candidates with GCSEs at grade C or above in Maths and English or equivalent, plus an NVQ or equivalent in a retail/commercial, customer-led or fashion-based area would be desirable. You will have experience in retail preferably in the charity and/or commercial sector, with some people supervision and financial target achieving experience. A passion for charity retail, with social media, fashion and collectable knowledge and experience is essential.
