About the Role

As Deputy Nursery Manager, you'll work closely with the Nursery Manager to deliver an exceptional experience for every child and family. You'll help lead a talented team, support staff development, and maintain the warm, nurturing environment we're proud of.

Your Key Responsibilities:

Deliver an exciting, child-centred curriculum tailored to individual interests and needs Lead and motivate the team to deliver outstanding practice every day Support and mentor staff, helping them to grow their skills and confidence Drive occupancy by building strong relationships with prospective families Develop trust and strong communication with parents and carers Manage challenges with a calm, solution-focused approach, always maintaining a positive environment
