Remit

Compass Associates are proud to be working with a valued client and very established care provider to recruit for a Deputy Manager for one of their medium-large sized homes situated in the North London area. The home provides residential care for elderly and dementia service users. The service requires an experienced deputy manager that can demonstrate that they can successfully support a team whist working alongside the home manager. You will be required to focus on providing a high quality of person-centred care in line with the CQC regulations, supporting and developing the team you\'re leading.

The Candidate

The successful candidate is required to have strong residential management experience and have CQC knowledge with experience of managing a team. My client is seeking someone with deputy management experience coupled with a genuine passion and enthusiasm for dementia and elderly care.

Requirements

• Deputy Manager Experience \xe2\x80\x93 Elderly and Dementia.
• Proven track record of Good or Outstanding CQC reports.
• Genuine passion for elderly care.
• NVQ Level 5 qualified / working towards it.

Location

This is an excellent role working for a leading company and is situated in the Barnet area and is commutable from Finchley, Watford, Borehamwood, Wembley, Whetstone, Enfield and surrounding areas.

Summary

My client is seeking a proven Deputy Manager who is currently running a successful Residential Home for the elderly, the right candidate will need to be able to lead and inspire a team and develop the service further. In exchange my client is offering a salary up to \xc2\xa333,000.
