Working Week and Pay:
Hours:
48 hours per week, 4 shifts of 12 hours each on a rolling rota, days only. Note that the Deputy Manager is responsible for the staff rota including their own shifts.
Salary:
38,600 per annum

What you will need/None-Negotiables:
Qualifications:
Level 3 Diploma in Children and Young People's Workforce or equivalent
Experience:
Previous role as a Deputy or Assistant Manager or Senior Residential Support Worker in the Residential Child Care sector
Driving Licence:
A full, valid, UK driving licence for manual vehicles
Fluent in English:
Good verbal and written communication skills
Other Skills:
IT proficient and the desire to learn new skills
Understanding of:
Safeguarding children, legislation relating to residential childcare, and confidence in supervising care teams
