As Deputy Manager at the Lyttelton Arms, you\'ll support the General Manager to lead a successful site. You\'ll use your experience to inspire team members, and work together to provide guests with an experience they won\'t forget.

WHAT WILL I BE DOING? AS DEPUTY MANAGER YOU\'LL\xe2\x80\xa6

• Use your management experience to be an assistant to the General Manager in the day to day running of the business.
• Train and inspire your team to deliver food, drink, and service to be proud of.
• Be the role model and guide development within your team.
• Ensure our guests are cared for, being the host to life\'s memorable moments.
