  • Undertake clinical and operational responsibilities within the Adult Mental Health Team, using systems to document activities and manage caseloads.
  • Assist in managing and developing the team, including recruiting staff and implementing services, ensuring team members are trained.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of a performance management system, to monitor performance and generate reports.
  • Line manage, supervise, and appraise key workers, ensuring their professional development is maintained and activities.
  • Ensure effective joint working with statutory and voluntary agencies, using systems to coordinate interagency projects and ensure responsive service delivery.
