Full-Time, 50/50 split ( 20 hours each; 40 hours p/w or 173 pm)

Qualifications Required:

NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare

Experience in Years Required:

Minimum 2 years experience within Residential Childcare, working alongside young people

Who We Are Looking For...

We are seeking a compassionate, experienced, and proactive

Deputy Manager

who:


? Is 22 years or older (to meet Ofsted regulations)


? Holds an NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare


? Has at least 2 years' experience working in Residential Childcare


? Possesses a valid manual driving licence


In this role, you will make a lasting impact on the lives of young people, build positive relationships, and ensure their needs and safety are always prioritised.
