What You'll Do

Assist the General Manager in the following:

Overseeing day-to-day operations to ensure a seamless & exceptional dining experience for our guests Lead, mentor & motivate a high-performing team to uphold our standards of service & hospitality Develop & implement strategic plans to drive revenue growth & meet financial targets Maintain a strong focus on customer satisfaction & engagement Manage inventory, control costs & optimise operational efficiency Foster positive relationships with suppliers, our team & stakeholders Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations & uphold food quality standards Innovate & implement initiatives to attract & retain customers
