Key Responsibilities:
Assist the General Manager in all operational and strategic aspects of the business
Ensure smooth day-to-day running of the venue, maintaining high standards across food, drink, service, and cleanliness
Lead, coach, and develop front-of-house and back-of-house teams
Manage stock control, ordering, and supplier relationships
Monitor financial performance, including sales, costs, and KPIs
Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and licensing regulations
Take charge in the absence of the General Manager
