We're looking for an enthusiastic and hands-on
Deputy Coffee Shop Manager
to help lead our busy in-store coffee shop atBoundary Outlet
. Whether it's a quick cappuccino or a leisurely lunch, we pride ourselves on great service, quality food and drink, and a welcoming atmosphere.As Deputy Manager, you'll support the Coffee Shop Manager in the day-to-day running of the cafe - keeping standards high, customers happy, and the team motivated.
What you'll do:
Assist in managing daily front of house and kitchen operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service Lead by example on the shop floor, delivering excellent customer service Train, support and motivate the team Monitor stock, place orders and manage deliveries Maintain hygiene, health & safety, and food standards Step up in the Manager's absence
What you'll need:
Experience in a supervisor or assistant manager role in a cafe, coffee shop, or hospitality setting A passion for great food, drink and customer service Strong people skills and the ability to lead a team confidently Organised, calm under pressure, and ready to roll up your sleeves Food hygiene training is a bonus (but we'll help you get it if not)
