Job Description

We currently have a vacancy for a Depot Operations Supervisor in our Livingston Distribution Centre.

To support the Warehouse Operations Manager in managing the day to day logistics & warehouse operation at the Livingston Distribution Centre, including Health and Safety, legal compliance and operational excellence. To ensure that all orders are delivered in an efficient manner, supporting the depot to achieve its profit and loss targets in both volume and cost terms.

We\'re looking for:

• Previous line management experience is desirable
• Knowledge of previous work within the Logistics/distribution industry is desirable
• Knowledge of EU driving hours / WTD is a necessity
• CPC desirable
• Good organisation skills and ability to prioritise
• Good listening skills
• Excellent communicator
• High degree of self-motivation
• Resilient, persistent and tenacious
• Experience of conducting appraisals / performance management is desirable
