About the Role:

Your primary focus will be guiding patients through their treatment journey, building trust, and ensuring they feel informed, confident, and cared for. Alongside this, you'll support the smooth day-to-day running of the practice, assisting with key management tasks when needed.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

Acting as the first point of contact for treatment consultations and patient queries. Building relationships with patients and explaining treatment options clearly and professionally. Managing treatment plans, finance discussions, and patient communication. Supporting new patient onboarding and consultation processes. Assisting the Practice with elements of practice management, such as compliance tracking, diary coordination, and team support. Helping to maintain high operational standards across the clinic. Liaising with the clinical team to ensure a seamless and outstanding patient journey.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for a motivated, organised, and caring professional who:

Has previous experience as a Dental Treatment Coordinator or in a similar patient care role. Is confident discussing dental treatments, finance options, and patient care plans. Has strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Is comfortable assisting with administrative and management tasks as needed. Communicates clearly, warmly, and professionally with patients and colleagues. Thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced, patient-focused environment. Wants to develop their skills further in both treatment coordination and practice management.
