A fantastic opportunity to join a young and passionate team assisting in the delivery of our sales strategy. We are looking for an enthusiastic, driven and innovative person who can develop and play a key role in online and offline business sales and marketing avenues for the company.

What would be involved in the role?

You will be assisting in the day to day sales activity of the company to include all online and offline sales.
You will also be responsible for direct sales approaches to our customers and have the ability and self-motivation to create and convert leads through to successful sales completions.

Working with the sales and marketing team to create, adapt and execute the business sales plan. Contacting new and existing customers by phone, email and social media to drive sales. Working to targets, creating and converting new sales leads. Working with our marketing team to drive the existing business plan and shape future marketing activity. Actively working within the team to further develop our business. Assisting the customer service team with customer enquiries.

What type of person are we looking for?

We are looking for an articulate applicant who is enthusiastic to develop a strong working relationship with a close-knit team. The successful person for this role will;

Preferably have had previous experience in the Dental Industry, whether that be through Nursing / Practice Management or Dental Sales. Orthodontic experience would be preferred but not essential. Have a good telephone manner. Have a high level of drive and self-motivation. Be bright and sociable with a get-up-and-go attitude. Have excellent communication skills. IT literate and a user of social media. Previous experience of using sales based IT software would be useful. Have the drive to create new customer leads and manage those through to a successful sales completion. Committed to a high level of customer service. A good team player and hard worker.
