Full or part time reception team member

Muse Dental is looking to employ a new member of staff in a receptionist / patient contact role.
We're looking for someone with exceptional skills in the following areas:

Customer Care both in person and telephone multi-tasking and time management IT skills including Outlook and Social Media - we will train you on our clinical systems. Welcoming and friendly manner Team work
This is a full time role over 4 or 5 days (part time may be considered, the practice is open extended hours so flexibility is required at times to ensure we can deliver exceptional service to our patients.

Experience of working in a dental practice either in a similar role, TCO or dental nurse would be highly advantageous but full training will be given to the right candidate.

Example of duties include

Greeting patients Making appointments Answering and making calls Replying to patient email / social media enquires Handling payments
Our practice is growing and there is scope for further development in the role including being a key point of contact in the team.
