Dairy Lane Dental Practice/Churchview Dental Practice are looking for an experienced practice / business manager, managing 2 sites. The practices are very well established, 5 minutes drive apart from each other. The practices are mixed, offering both NHS and Private dental treatments.

We are looking for a manager who is extremely motivated to drive the practices to the next level. They must have a full understanding of NHS contractual obligations, CQC compliance and has business acumen. This is an exciting challenge for someone looking for a new opportunity and wishes to become part of a growing Independent group of dental practices.

You will be responsible for driving the Practices performance, by delivering against set objectives relating to patient care, revenue targets, KPIs and cost management. You will recruit, retain and directly manage a team of professional self-employed Clinicians plus our employed support staff; Nurses, Receptionists. You will be responsible for audit and financial processes which must be completed to company and CQC standards.

You will be working closely with the Practice Principal to achieve your set objectives.

Have good financial skills and ability to manage costs Excellent people management skills and be familiar with Health and Safety Have excellent communication skills; written and spoken Have good computer skills and be able to work with SOE, Word and Excel Be well presented and articulate Be honest, reliable, self-disciplined and practice/forward thinker with good organisation skills Be able to handle fast paced environments Highly motivated Managerial experience Strong leadership skills and confidence in managing and developing a team Business development expanding practice patient base. Achieve key deliverables including business growth targets.
