Are you an experienced and organised professional with a passion for managing dental practices? We are seeking a skilled Dental Practice Coordinator to join our growing team and help ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of our practice. This position is available for an immediate start.



About Us:

Complete Smiles is a dynamic and expanding dental practice based in Harrow. We focus on delivering exceptional care in general dentistry, cosmetic dentistry and advanced dental procedures, including complex implants, All-on-X, and zygomatic implant treatments. We are looking for an enthusiastic and capable individual to join our team during this exciting period of growth.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Dental Practice Coordinator, you will:

Oversee the daily operations of the dental practice, ensuring efficiency and compliance with industry standards. Coordinate patient appointments, scheduling, and follow-ups to maximize productivity and patient satisfaction. Manage and promptly resolve patient complaints, ensuring issues are handled professionally to maintain a high standard of patient care. Manage the practice's administrative functions, including maintaining accurate patient records, billing, and processing payments. Act as a liaison between dental staff and patients to address queries and concerns effectively. Ensure the practice complies with GDC, CQC, and other regulatory requirements. Support the clinical team by organizing supplies, equipment, and resources. Manage supplier and lab functions to ensure smooth operations and an optimal patient journey. Provide leadership and support to the dental team, including coordinating staff schedules and training. Monitor and report on practice performance, identifying areas for improvement.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you must have:

At least 1 year of experience working in a dental practice. Strong understanding of dental practice operations and compliance standards (GDC, CQC). Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize effectively. Proficiency in dental practice management software and administrative tools. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to manage both patients and staff. A proactive attitude with the ability to problem-solve and work independently.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: 12.00-14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
