We are currently seeking a friendly, professional, and highly organised
Receptionist / Patient Coordinator
to join our dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a growing and respected clinic where patient experience is at the heart of everything we do.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcoming and checking in patients in a warm and courteous manner
Managing appointment bookings via phone, email, and in-person
Handling patient enquiries and providing information about treatments
Coordinating daily schedules for clinicians and support staff
Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with GDPR and CQC requirements
Processing payments and managing invoices
Supporting the team with general administrative duties
Ideal Candidate:
Minimum 2 years' experience in a dental administrative/nursing role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
Confident using dental software (e.g., SOE/Exact) and Microsoft Office
Friendly, professional demeanour with a patient-first attitude
Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
