We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Dental Nurse to join our dynamic family-run dental hygiene practice

What we are looking for from you:



GDC registration

essential Nursing experience required, however, what matters most is

enthusiasm, reliability, and a passion for your role

reception/admin tasks

Duties



Assist the hygienist/therapist during various dental procedures, ensuring all instruments and materials are prepared and available. Provide excellent patient care by reassuring patients, explaining procedures, and addressing any concerns they may have. Maintain accurate patient records and update information as necessary using the practice's IT systems. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including infection control protocols. Manage appointment scheduling and follow-up communications with patients to enhance their experience. Assist in the sterilisation of instruments and maintain a clean and organised work environment. Collaborate effectively with other team members to ensure seamless workflow within the practice.

Experience



Previous experience as a Dental Nurse is essential, and a strong willingness to learn new procedures is crucial. Demonstrated ability to provide patient care with empathy and professionalism. Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with patients and colleagues. Strong organisational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently within a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in IT systems relevant to dental practice management is essential.
