Responsibilities
Chairside assistance during a full range of dental procedures, including general, cosmetic, and specialist treatments
Preparing and maintaining dental instruments, equipment, and materials in line with HTM 01-05 and infection control standards
Supporting patients before, during, and after treatment, offering reassurance and clear communication
Maintaining accurate patient records and assisting with clinical notes
Managing decontamination processes and ensuring all surgeries are clean, well-stocked, and efficiently run
Experience
GDC-registered Dental Nurse with relevant experience in a dental setting
Excellent knowledge of cross-infection control and dental procedures
Friendly, professional, and confident in patient interaction
Highly organised with great attention to detail and time management
Able to remain calm under pressure and work effectively as part of a team
