Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated dental nurse to join our well established, private dental practice in the heart of Gerrards Cross.

The ideal candidate would be a

fully qualified dental nurse,

however for the right candidate a trainee dental nurse position would be made available. The role will be focused around supporting dentists and hygienists in all aspects of patient care, ensure the smooth running of the surgery, and maintain high standards of hygiene and clinical safety.

Required Skills

Excellent communication skills to interact professionally with patients and staff A compassionate approach towards patient care, demonstrating empathy and understanding A broad understanding of dental treatments and the ideal patient journey

Desirable Skills

Qualification in Dental Nursing Registration with the General Dental Council Understanding of using the Software of Excellence (SOE) system is preferable.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and maintain the clinical environment, including equipment sterilization Provide chair-side support to the dentist during treatments Adhere to infection control policies and procedures Support patient education and oral health promotion
