About the Role

As a Dental Nurse at Widcombe Dental, you will play a crucial role in maintaining high clinical standards and working closely with our clinicians to provide chairside support. We have recently expanded our treatment offerings, and with two new clinicians joining our team, we are looking for a skilled and qualified Dental Nurse to ensure we continue to offer the best patient care.

Key Responsibilities

:

Maintain cleanliness and sterility in all clinical areas and equipment, following health and safety protocols. Provide chairside assistance to clinicians, ensuring all equipment is prepared and ready. Ensure the care, comfort, and welfare of patients throughout their treatment. Accurately complete patient records using

Dentally

. Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering supplies. Communicate effectively with the reception team to ensure smooth patient management. Attend regular practice meetings and undertake training to continually develop your skills. Be familiar with health and safety rules, including PPE, COSHH, and infection control.

Skills & Attitude

:

Strong communication and listening skills with an empathetic approach to patient care. Team-oriented, yet able to work independently when required. Organised, with a "can-do" attitude and a willingness to learn new skills. Professional, with a commitment to maintaining practice standards and delivering outstanding customer service.

Working Hours and location

:

Monday to Thursday

: 8:30am - 5:45pm

Friday

: 7:30am - 4:45pm (41.25 hours per week) Widcombe Dental, Bath and future locations.
