Job Title: Experienced Dental Hygienist

Part-time ( 1 day per week Thursday 9-5pm with a 1 hour lunch break)

Hours:

9 AM - 5 PM

Role Overview:

We are seeking a caring and compassionate GDC registered Dental Hygienist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in delivering excellent patient care, maintaining oral hygiene standards, and working collaboratively with our dental team. This role will focus on managing our established patient list, providing exceptional dental hygiene services, and contributing to our patient-centred approach. Please note we do not offer visa sponsorship at this practice. Rate of pay is at 40% per patient.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough oral hygiene assessments and provide tailored treatment plans. Perform dental hygiene procedures, including scaling and polishing, airflow , and periodontal treatments. Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and the importance of maintaining good dental health. Collaborate with dentists and the dental team to provide integrated patient care. Build and maintain strong relationships with patients, ensuring a positive and comfortable experience.

Requirements:

GDC registered Dental Hygienist with a valid practicing certificate. Proven experience in a dental practice, ideally with a focus on private patients. Strong interpersonal skills and a compassionate approach to patient care. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
