Our Edinburgh caf\xc3\xa9 sits in a stunning 1920s-era listed building and honours the academic pursuits of Sir Patrick Geddes - a Scottish botanist, sociologist, town planner who founded the department of Sociology & Civics at Bombay University.

We\'re looking for a talented Chef/Demi Chef de Partie to join us. You love to cook and learn new skills; and enjoy the buzz of working in a busy kitchen environment. You are a master of your section. Whether it is breakfast, fryer, curry or Tandoor, you ensure it\'s prepped and ready for a first-class service, clean and organised at all times.
As you grow and develop with Dishoom, you\'ll receive annual pay increases over three years.
