At Precision Fuel & Hydration (PF&H), we help athletes nail their fueling and hydration using a suite of cutting-edge tools, years of experience as athletes and Sports Scientists, and a unique range of fuel and multi-strength electrolyte supplements.

We work with a long list of pro teams in the Premier League, NFL, NBA, Major League Baseball, the UCI Cycling Tour, and beyond, as well as elite and amateur athletes in sports like triathlon, cycling, running, and tennis.

Now we're on the lookout for a

Demand Planner

to help us take that growth to the next level.

In this newly created role, you'll play a key part in making sure our products are forecasted, ordered, and delivered efficiently to meet customer needs. It's a hybrid role that blends analytical forecasting with hands-on procurement and invoice management. We're after someone who's detail-oriented, highly organised, and comfortable juggling both data and day-to-day operations. What you'll be doing



Developing and maintaining accurate demand forecasts based on sales history, market trends, and commercial input Collaborating with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to factor in promotions, product launches, and seasonal variations Tracking forecast accuracy and enhancing forecasting models Supporting the monthly Sales and Operations Planning cycle with relevant reports and insights Placing and managing approved purchase orders with suppliers, ensuring timely delivery Monitoring supplier lead times and stock cover, adjusting orders as needed Partnering with logistics and warehouse staff to track deliveries and resolve supply issues Maintaining strong supplier relationships and resolving any PO-related queries Reviewing and approving invoices, verifying alignment with POs and delivery confirmations Liaising with the Finance team to support payment processing and resolving discrepancies Tracking procurement costs and supporting accurate budget reporting Generating and updating forecast performance reports, order status, stock levels, and supply KPIs Identifying opportunities to streamline procurement and/or forecasting processes Supporting continuous improvement initiatives across planning and purchasing workflows

About you



Proven education or experience in a demand planning, supply chain coordination or procurement Previous experience working in a dynamic, e-commerce environment desirable Strong understanding of excel or google sheets Experience with ERP/planning systems (e.g. SAP, NetSuite, Oracle) Excellent numerical and analytical skills Excellent communicator, with the ability to build strong relationships across international teams and external partners Problem solving attitude and data driven approach to decision making Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities

Other information



Our HQ is just outside Christchurch (BH23 7DX) on the south coast. We'd love for you to be onsite at least three days a week, it's where a lot of the magic happens! There will also be the occasional bit of travel thrown in.
