Delivery Manager

to join our friendly Operations team. Our offices are located conveniently close to Westminster, St James Park and Victoria stations, with considerable flexibility around working from home. What you'll be doing

Reporting to the Head of Customer Operations, you will have a wide range of responsibilities with significant personal growth opportunities. You will play a key role in project managing delivery of our unique technology to our government and enterprise customers in large and complex environments.

In particular, you will act as the key point of contact for customers after contract signature, leading delivery through to go-live and in-life management.Managing the end-to-end delivery of unique and innovative technology projects Delivering customer success by ensuring smooth onboarding and account management Coordinating internal teams to deliver contracted services Creating and managing delivery schedules, milestones and action plans to keep contract deliveries on track Providing clear, consistent reporting internally and externally, highlighting progress, risks and next steps Engaging and managing both internal and external stakeholders Tracking project progress in real-time and adjusting as needed Communicating regularly with stakeholders and ensuring that all parties are regularly updated Identifying and managing risks, including developing contingency plans Driving continuous improvement by identifying and delivering process enhancements

What we're looking for

The ideal candidate will be likely to have a background of project management within large and complex government, defence or enterprise environments, and will also relish the variety and speed of change within a start-up/scale-up organisation. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are of course essential.

Most importantly, you will have a "customer first" approach, and the adaptability to ensure customer success.Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the confidence and professional credibility to work effectively with technical and non-technical audiences at every level Strong understanding of Agile frameworks and Project Management best practices Comfortable liaising with legal, finance, technical and operational teams Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects/priorities simultaneously Track record of successfully delivering projects on time and in budget Proficiency in technical documentation Innate focus and thoroughness in your approach to your work Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically and analytically Willingness to travel as needed to support internal team & customer engagements
