In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of our binding authorities business, Line slips, Consortium, and Coverholder Audits.
As a Delegated Authority Assistant, your primary responsibility will be to provide administrative support to our Coverholder team. You will manage the \'Coverholder Tracker\' sheet and Line slip Sheet, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records for all accounts. Additionally, you will assist in the preparation of reports related to Coverholders, Lines, and Audits, as well as the production of ad-hoc management information reports as needed.
You will also play a pivotal role in reporting and management information. Your regular reports for team meetings will contribute to effective decision-making and collaboration. Moreover, you will support the Coverholder team with their monthly reporting tasks, ensuring that essential information is promptly and accurately delivered.
To succeed in this role, you should demonstrate a high level of accuracy and data integrity. Timeliness in submitting internal reports and feedback from stakeholders will be essential performance measures. Your proficiency in utilizing the Eclipse system, adherence to internal and regulatory policies and procedures, and commitment to furthering your technical knowledge will further contribute to your success.
This position is a temporary 12-month contract, which may lead to a permanent role.
