Job Introduction

Pinnacle Group are looking for a dedicated Deep Cleaning Operative to provide high standards of cleanliness across our sites. Your role will involve traveling to housing sites (sheltered accommodation, extra care and general needs council estates) to perform general cleaning duties along with carpet/floor cleaning, jet washing of internal and external bin stores and graffiti removal. . You will need to be reliable, flexible, and capable of working independently. You will be joining our Soft FM team based in Hammersmith. Our Soft FM team is responsible for a wide range of cleaning, grounds maintenance and caretaking services to ensure community assets are well-maintained.

Key responsibilities:

Driving company van to and from sites. Cleaning of internal communal areas such as lifts, stairwells, landings, kitchens etc Carpet and floor cleaning using cleaning machines. Jet washing. Graffiti removal.

Key requirements:

Full Driving Licence Experience of cleaning services and cleaning equipment. Deep Cleaning experience would be preferred. Physically fit and able to work with heavy cleaning machinery.
