OVERVIEW:
- As an experienced Debt Paralegal you will be joining an established and highly successful commercial debt team and will be working on a varied caseload of consumer debts.
- It is expected that the quality of your work will reflect the firm\'s impressive reputation in the market and providing an effective and efficient service for the client.
- You will be responsible for negotiating payment arrangements with customers, handling complaints and complex queries.
- Candidates must have relevant recent experience in handling undefended debt recovery matters and be capable of working in fast paced environment managing different priorities and working as part of a team.
- Experience must include enforcement of Judgements, knowledge of court processes as well as strong drafting and research skills.
- They offer full training and support and a comprehensive induction process to enable all fee earners to thrive in their roles.
