The role

The Commercial Solutions Manager (Deal Manager) is responsible for analyzing large regional and/or strategic new and renewing deals across key metrics to recommend and approve pricing, suggest relevant use of deal structure components, and facilitate escalations within Commercial Operations, and to the Executive team. Uses wide-ranged advanced experience to resolve complex issues. Determines methods and procedures on new assignments; may coordinate project work for others.

What You\'ll Do

Key Business Partnering to the Sales function with high impact and level of responsibility

Dedicated support for UK and Ireland sales teams for all pricing, deal structuring and other commercial terms and conditions

You\'ll be the single point of contact for all UK and Ireland headquartered accounts globally with full approval autonomy to ensure a globally consistent and effective approach

Support Sales by advising sales reps in the commercial structure of complex deals balancing customer needs with internal strategy and goals

Pro-actively partner with sales on commercial approach to key accounts

You\'ll provide customer facing support in complex negotiations and where subject matter expertise is beneficial

Develop commercial solutions for non-standard customer requests including pricing, deal structure and other commercial terms and conditions

Partner with Country Managers, Finance P&L owners, Legal (Commercial Transactions), Operations teams and other key business stakeholders

You\'ll present pricing trends, key takeaways and recommendations to relevant stakeholders and executives

Prepare regional and global Deal Reviews, ensuring compilation of appropriate analysis, summary, and recommendations for speedy review and approvals

Ensure appropriate onboarding and enablement sessions of sales reps related to engagement model, deal structuring and pricing approvals

Track and improve the quality of all large deals, while continuing to assist in recognition of trends and areas for streamlining and system improvements

What You\'ll need

The ideal candidate would hold a bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree and 7+ years\xe2\x80\x99 experience (Pricing, Deal Desk or Bid Management)

English speaker, native (a plus) or fluent

High emotional intelligence, ability to navigate through a vast array of (challenging) internal and external stakeholders

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Creative problem solver with analytical understanding

Ability to work under pressure in a fast moving and unpredictable environment

Hands on self-starter with plenty of drive and ambition

Prior customer facing experience is a plus

Prior experience structuring complex deals is a plus

Prior experience in IT and/or Telecommunications industry a plus
