As a Database Administrator at TGI Fridays you will be responsible for maintaining a database of product and pricing for all EPOS till and digital systems under the supervision and guidance of Business Solutions, Marketing, Finance and Operations teams.
Your primary responsibilities include ensuring timely and accurate implementation of menu rollouts and sales initiatives on relevant till and digital platforms. You will test and rolled out successfully with operational ease, guest service and financial benefit being the key priorities at all times.
With a mindset of continuous improvement, you will look at ways of improving and simplifying current processes. Working collaboratively with the entire departments, and the wider organisation, you will aim to expedite the delivery of such improvements.

This is a home base role but a willingness to travel as required within the UK is needed. Computable access to Watford Store is advantageous but not essential.
RESPONSIBILITIES
You will deliver a successful transition of data onto tills and other menu-based systems, supporting the business in menu changes, promotions, and price changes.
You will aid the build of menus on other platforms to ensure digital menus are correct along with Click and collect and order/pay at table menus, Fourth and our other brands such as Fridays & Go and 63rd + 1st to ensure full lifecycle has been catered for.
You will ensure a robust testing process before go live to ensure a smooth and accurate rollout.
You will establish good relationships with key stakeholders, especially with the Food & Beverage, Menu and Marketing Teams, to ensure that the delivery of key business initiatives within required timescales.
You will support the delivery of acquisitions (NSOs) and new IT initiatives and integrations to the business through the delivery and build of data and play a significant part in configuring the business requirements in the upcoming EPOS aiming for rollout in 2024/25
You will ensure that the Test Store environment is always a true reflection of \xe2\x80\x9clive\xe2\x80\x9d enabling full end to end testing and sign off prior to Production releases.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
\xc2\xb7 MS Excel Intermediate or advanced highly desirable.
\xc2\xb7 Understanding and experience working with EPOS systems, as a front-line operator or as support member updating the back-end solution
\xc2\xb7 Experience of working in the Casual Dining Sector desirable
\xc2\xb7 Experience of On-Premise and/or Cloud Based solutions
\xc2\xb7 Organised and structured in approach to things with an attention to detail and a can-do attitude with the desire to ensure excellence at all times
\xc2\xb7 Ability to effectively manage your time to required deadlines, identify business priorities and work to the set deadlines
\xc2\xb7 Able to be self-motivated and work independently, identifying the needs of the business ahead of it being needed and able to prioritise where needed
