WORKING PATTERN: Our work style is hybrid, which involves spending at least two days per week, or 40% of our time, at one of our office sites

As a Senior Business Analyst you will be a part of a cross-functional team working alongside the business, IT & Change, Propositions, Distribution, Operations, and Business Intelligence specialists to help solve some of the most difficult puzzles. You will be joining the team at an exciting time where we are undergoing a program to transform how we use data across the organisation, and you will help shape the future strategy.
You\'ll be detailed orientated, an analytical thinker, have a passion for understanding our customers and use innovative ways to come up with new solutions. You\'ll respond to individual and team objectives and invests in improving personal performance by growing own skills and capabilities.

What you\'ll need
Understanding of CRM solutions such as Salesforce of MSD or other CRM platforms and familiarity with CRM concepts, processes and best practices
Designing and documenting sales processes and pipeline processes
Experience in working with/developing/customizing PowerApps solutions. Ability to design develop, test and deploy business applications using PowerApps
Deep understanding of working within an MI & Insight function and understanding how data can support strategic goals
Experience with working in an environment using Power BI (preferably) or Tableau
Knowledge and experience of Business Analysis tools and techniques to support both Agile and Waterfall delivery methods
