Santander Corporate & Commercial Banking (SCCB) is Santander\'s UK division that supports some of the world\'s most complex and sophisticated corporate and institutional clients, offering customized services and value-added wholesale products to best meet their needs.The difference you\xe2\x80\x99ll make:Helping design, build and implement next generation insights to support Data Driven Operations, ExCo Reporting, Business Intelligence, etcCollaborating with cross-functional teams and subject matter experts to understand requirements and address data-related issues or questions.Creating information for the BI tool and describe the contents of the data warehouse and metadataAnalysing current operations and improve tools, processes, and systems * Reviewing functional & non-functional requirements with the Business Analysts, Product Owners, Functional & Technical Architectures to define, document & deliver the best solution.

• Planning and liaising with all stakeholders to support the implementation of data programs.

What you\xe2\x80\x99ll bring:Experience in BI tools and BI systems, such as Power BI, Tableau, etc., agile methodologies, Jira Confluence tools and Salesforce CRM and CRM analyticsWorking knowledge of building, optimizing, and operating data models (performance and usability, relationships, cardinality, directionality) and understanding of database management systemsIt would also be nice for you to have:Task management skillsExperience working in Financial ServicesExperience with continuous delivery practices * Knowledge of Cloud tools like AWS, Snowflake, etc.What else you need to know:We want our people to thrive at work and home, and we recognise that many people benefit from flexible arrangements.
