Your opportunity

• Support the migration of existing distribution contract records to the new Janus Henderson Contract Management System.
• Ownership, development, and review responsibilities for specified project artefacts, for example, contract related data
• Liaison with CMS Vendor and JH Technology teams to agree how to document contract record information in a way that can be uploaded into the new Contract Management System when available. All work must be conducted such that it can be uploaded at a future point.
• Analysis and data manipulation of existing information about contracts (such as contract reporting) into a combined record. Crucial success criteria is that business owners & subject matter experts feel confident the work performed is an accurate and reliable record of existing contracts
• Facilitate meetings to obtain information about existing Distribution contracts, including working with key stakeholders, and document information given to the level of detail required
• Support the Project Manager, and carry out other duties as assigned

Must have skills

• Strong Microsoft office skills, especially in Excel, but also including Teams, Project, Word and PowerPoint.
• Able to cut through complexity and create clarity
• Proactive problem solver, with a structured approach
• Highly organized with excellent communication skills
• Good stakeholder management skills \xe2\x80\x93 the ability to work across all levels of the organization
• A rolled-up sleeve positive and delivery focused approach

Nice to have skills

• Access database skills considered desirable
• Background in financial services (ideally asset management)
• Experience of data analysis

Annual Bonus Opportunity: Position is eligible to receive an annual discretionary bonus award from the profit pool. The profit pool is funded based on Company profits. Individual bonuses are determined based on Company, department, team and individual performance.
