As a Data & Insight Graduate, you will assist the team into delving into data and translating into meaningful and actionable insights. You will have some exposure in visualizing data in using a wide range of analytical tools to build well designed data visualizations. You will be a strong communicator, who can help the team connect data points to help produce larger narratives.

Across 2 years you will rotate in the 4 key areas of the department, spending 6 months in each rotation. These rotations will be with the teams in Data Engineering, Business Intelligence, Insight and Advanced Analytics.

What You\'ll Be Doing:

As a Data & Insight Graduate, you\'ll be doing the following:

• Assist in Analysing and interpreting complex data in order to formulate relevant conclusions and recommendations for stakeholders.
• Work with the team to help translate complex and ambiguous information in order to drive actionable insight brought to life through communication and visualisation.
• Support relevant stakeholders through quantitative analytics, and the application of appropriate advanced analytics for the business\'s key initiatives
• Work with the team to demonstrate the ability to utilise data to conclude insights.
• Strong communication and clear identification of possible actions based upon insight.
• Work in a fast-paced and exciting function and perform deep dive analytics.
• Assist on numerous projects around loyalty, customer analytics, segmentations, CRM, Data Science, Data Engineering, Infrastructure, marketing analytics, channel analysis and customer acquisition
• Assist in analysing and interpreting data to identify patterns and implications.
• Help prepare detailed analysis with clear high-level take-outs and present to senior marketing stakeholders and/or key business stakeholders
• Provide regular standard data driven market intelligence information to the Trading regarding the external business & individual landscape

What We\'re Looking For:

• Preferably an undergraduate degree in a numerical subject (i.e. undergraduate degree in Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science, etc.)
• Graduate up to 1 years\' experience in an analytics and insight
• Have experience working in a fast paced, high growth, consumer facing business.
• Ability to help drive actionable insight from a myriad of data sources.
• Commercial experience using SQL is advantageous and any experience in R or Python would be a distinct advantage.
• Excel skills and some VBA experience
• Exposure to Power BI/Tableau/QlikView or other visualisation software desirable
• Ability to work independently under pressure and to tight deadlines with an excellent attention to detail
