Data Entry Administrator - Finance Team - Essex

THE ROLE
Our finance team are imperative to the day to day running of our business and this role is an exciting opportunity to join a growing team and be involved/exposed to payroll, invoicing, customer remits, reconciliation, purchase ledger, management reporting and taxation.

You must work well under pressure, working to multiple deadlines, multi-tasking and prioritising workload - and thrive in this environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Processing/Generating invoices
  • Inputting of bank statements
  • Inputting figures around locum payroll
  • Collating data for use in management reports.
Key skills
  • Previous experience of working to deadlines & meeting targets.
  • A good understanding of word, Excel
  • Takes accountability and ownership of tasks until completion.
  • Thoroughness and attention to detail
  • Can manage own workload and take initiative.
  • Willingness to work as a team to ensure completion of tasks and responsibilities.
Preferred but not essential.
  • Experience using SAGE50
We are looking for someone with:
  • Highly proficient Microsoft Office skills essential
