The role
The purpose of this role is to support the Compliance, Admin & MI Manager in processing and managing learner data in line with education, training and skills contracts and funding rules.
Working with the Compliance, Admin & MI Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring all data relevant to TLF learners is centrally recorded, accurate and up to date at all times, assisting and enabling the curriculum areas to fully understand the data and report on it effectively to address and raise attendance, retention and achievement.

Good at building relationships, face to face and on the phone, externally and internally.
Able to manage own workload and prioritise effectively.
Recent and relevant experience in audit processes and data management
Ability to collect and analyse data.
Ability to work in a high performing environment.
Strong team working skills.
Proficient in the use of Microsoft excel.
Knowledge of Apprenticeship, Adult Education Budget, and Study Programme funding.
Knowledge of utilising and analysing power BI dashboards.
