The Role




Reporting into the Senior BI Analyst, the

Data Architect

will play a pivotal role in the transformation of how we currently view and store our data. This is a newly created role, into a global team, and requires collaboration with the wider business to effectively manage stakeholders and their expectations.

Your core responsibilities



Lead the end-to-end design, development, and maintenance of a scalable and reliable data warehouse, working in partnership with the Senior BI Analyst and key stakeholders. Design and maintain database schemas to ensure data flows seamlessly across systems. Oversee data migration efforts, ensuring data integrity, minimal downtime and minimal data loss. Design and develop complex SQL queries to support the wider analytics team. Liaise with business teams to develop creative solutions to help solve problems, identify opportunities and add value to the business. Contribute to the wider business strategy through the continuous improvement of data infrastructure, drive automation and contribute to the company's data strategy.

Our essential requirements



Strong working experience of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, or similar ERP system. Demonstrable experience in leading or playing a key role in the design and implementation of a data warehouse or large-scale data project. Proven experience working with SQL. Demonstrable ability to design and maintain database schemas that support data flow and reporting. Understanding of ETL processes and data architecture best practices. Experience gathering and documenting business requirements.
