What you\xe2\x80\x99ll be doing:
\xc2\xb7 Responsible for designing and analysing data & analytics (D&A) cloud-based architecture that ensures efficient data management
\xc2\xb7 Supports the cloud data strategy, considering people, product, partners, and processes, collaborating with senior stakeholders across the business to understand the evolving data needs of the organisation
\xc2\xb7 Liaises with the product suppliers, COTS component vendors and sub-contract development teams ensuring alignment to the Data Technology roadmap
\xc2\xb7 Works jointly across enterprise architecture to inform, develop, and design cloud data solutions that supports business strategy, requirements, and changes in capabilities
\xc2\xb7 Ensure strategy architectures are in alignment with data architecture, EA principles and target state
\xc2\xb7 Identifies conflicts and dependencies between initiatives and raising these with the relevant projects and stakeholders
\xc2\xb7 Contributes and supports appropriate governance for all key aspects of delivery and platforms; champions and encourages adherence to process
\xc2\xb7 Actively participates across the enterprise, sharing and re-applying skills and knowledge and bringing in best practice
\xc2\xb7 Keep up to date with Microsoft Azure / AWS / GCP technologies and drive best practice and standards
Your skills and experiences:
Essential:
\xc2\xb7 Proven knowledge and experience of working within architecture frameworks e.g., TOGAF
\xc2\xb7 Technical knowledge of a range of cloud data technologies across Azure, AWS, GCP
\xc2\xb7 Business and system requirements gathering / analysis
\xc2\xb7 Understanding of the service and software development lifecycles lifecycle (including methodologies e.g., Agile) and associated reviews, policies, standards, and governance processes
\xc2\xb7 Experience in cloud data technology or equivalent roles
\xc2\xb7 Data or Azure fundamentals qualifications

The Enterprise Architecture team:
This role needs someone who has worked on developing cloud architectures for data and analytics, they should have experience in on-prem to cloud migration. The successful candidate will also need to have excellent stakeholder management capabilities. The role reports into the Enterprise Data Architect, sitting within the Head Office Group IM&T. Joining the team will provide you with an opportunity to work globally, gaining fantastic exposure across the company and be part of a highly visible data transformation program.
