You will use your strong technical knowledge of SQL programming and data visualization tools to analyze data and identify trends, driving decision-making across our organization.You will report to the Senior Analytics Manager.

  • You will use your technical skills to develop data products that improve decision-making across the Quality Verification organization.
  • You will conduct ad-hoc analysis to identify software and experiential quality insights.
  • You will partner closely with the Quality Verification team to evaluate their processes and define appropriate KPIs to assess performance.
  • You will implement robust and automated data quality monitoring processes.
  • You will effectively communicate insights to Quality Verification leaders.
  • You will provide coaching for Associate Data Analyst & Intern Data Analyst colleagues.
The next great Data Analyst requires:
  • 2+ years of professional analytical experience.
  • Advanced SQL skills and practical experience in other languages such as R, SAS, or Python.
  • Able to effectively plan and prioritize project tasks.
  • Able to foster working relationships with partners.
