Are you a Data Analyst with a passion for the music industry with strong Python and Tableau skills for a range of reporting duties as this business scale?

Sentinel are working with an accountancy in the music industry responsible for representing some of biggest names in the industry and representing their back catalogues. They also do a lot of work in the sales and acquisitions of these catalogues.

We are looking for a Data Analyst with an interest in the industry who has strong Python and Tableau skills. This candidate will be working on the data analysis and reporting for a lot of royalty data and then presenting to internal and external stakeholders including the rights owners

Skills & Experience:

We are looking for someone that has a strong mix of the following skills and experience:

- Strong T-SQL and Python experience

- Experience in creating Tableau dashboards

- Database optimisation

- Reporting mechanism experience

- Experience in high value transactions

- Any knowledge of the wider data lifecycle and AWS cloud infrastructure would be advantageous

- A passion for music royalties and knowledge of publishing and recording income streams.

- Previous work experience in music royalties, particularly in the handing and analysis of artist\xe2\x80\x99s/songwriter royalty data.

Responsibilities:

As the Data Analyst, you\xe2\x80\x99ll be responsible for:

- Providing internal ad-hoc analysis to support royalty audits, valuations, and rights management.

- Creating and maintaining regular data reports and visualisations for external clients

- Collaborating with the data team to enhance efficiencies across analysis procedures and ensure the accuracy of data reporting at company-wide level.
