Overview

Golden Dance Studios is a successful dance studio offering children's classes in dance, performing arts and gymnastics. We are looking to recruit an experienced and qualified Dance Studio Manager to oversee the daily operations of our vibrant dance studio. The ideal candidate will ideally have a background in dance/performing arts and possess exceptional leadership skills to inspire both staff and students. This is an exciting position to contribute to the success and development of our studio.

This is a part time position with negotiable hours of work to suit, but weekends and early evenings is a necessity

Duties

Manage the day-to-day operations of the dance studio, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment for students and staff Engage with students and parents through effective communication, addressing concerns and feedback promptly Maintain accurate records of student registrations, attendance, and fees Organise and maintain social media platforms Reception and office duties

Qualifications

Proven experience in dance education or management within a similar environment is highly desirable. Excellent organisational skills with a keen attention to detail. Ability to motivate and inspire others while fostering a positive learning environment. Proficiency in using digital tools for scheduling, communication, and record-keeping. Have the ability to work as part of a team and individually Be professional and assertive and be able to remain calm under pressure Have excellent verbal and written communication skills Committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children To be able to work with high levels on confidentiality and discretion
