The UK damage department are responsible for handling all damage caused to a Sixt vehicle in the UK. The role of the Damage Agent will be to handle and manage all UK damage claims logged and created for Retail customers, via the logging process at all UK branches and via Breakdown Assist. This will also include quality reviewing all claims, gathering estimates and issuing invoices to retail customers to recover the costs as a result of the damage.
