Role Overview
We're looking for a sharp, detail-obsessed Customs & Merchandising Executive to join our operations team. You'll be at the intersection of logistics and product flow -- managing inbound customs processes, liaising with suppliers, and ensuring every SKU lands exactly where it's meant to be, on time and in style.
What You'll Be Doing
Handling all aspects of import customs clearance, working with freight forwarders and HMRC.
Managing and tracking product and packaging stock levels to support our in-house fulfilment clients.
Supporting the merchandising team by ensuring accurate SKU data, costings, and PO tracking.
Coordinating with our global supply chain, ensuring timely shipments and compliance with UK/EU regulations.
Monitoring deliveries and proactively resolving any shipping or customs delays.
Maintaining up-to-date product information across systems and communicating clearly with brand partners.
You'll Thrive in This Role If You:
Have previous experience in customs clearance, freight, or merchandising roles (1-3 years ideal).
Understand UK import processes, commodity codes, and duty calculations.
Are highly organised, a strong communicator, and not afraid to roll up your sleeves.
Are confident using Excel, tracking systems, and can spot a product error from a mile off.
Have experience working in a fast-paced e-commerce or logistics environment (bonus points if it's DTC-relate
