Location: 187-189 Uxbridge Road, Shepherds Bush, London, W12 9RA
Pay: \xc3\x82\xc2\xa313.45\xc3\x82 per hour + great benefits including London allowance
Contract: 21\xc3\x82 hours per week + regular overtime, permanent, part time
Working pattern: 4 varied shifts over 7 days including early mornings (store opening), afternoons, late evenings (store closing) and weekends, to be discussed at interview

You must be aged 18 or over to be a customer team leader at Co-op, as you\xc3\xa2\xc2\x80\xc2\x99ll need to authorise age-related sales.
As a customer team leader at Co-op, you\xc3\xa2\xc2\x80\xc2\x99ll help put our store purpose into practice. You\xc3\xa2\xc2\x80\xc2\x99ll connect people and causes in your local community, provide great service to our customers, and give coaching and support to our colleagues in-store.

\xc3\xa2\xc2\x80\xc2\xa2Embrace change \xc3\xa2\xc2\x80\xc2\x93 you\xc3\xa2\xc2\x80\xc2\x99ll help to lead change in store, working closely with your team to land new ways of working, and encouraging them to provide open and honest feedback on change activities
